Winemaker’s Notes:
As the varietal name suggests, our 2019 Dolcetto is like candy. While we ferment to dryness, the sweet cherry candy notes give this wine a nice contrast to it's bright acidity. With a relatively short barrel aging and early bottling we were able to "trap in" the bright fresh red fruit character.
