Our 2021 Fiano has aromas of green pear and floral notes, with nice minerality on the palate, and crisp acidity on the finish.

Winemaker’s Notes:

Grown on our Cabrillo vineyard, this is a unique chance for us to expose a lesser known Italian variety to our guests. We craft our Fiano to be Italian in style, with light, fruity aromas, light body, and lower alcohol.
