Tasting Notes:

Our 2021 Intento showcases the full-bodied strength and depth of this remarkable red blend. Inviting aromas of dark berries, cedar, and espresso introduce the wine, leading to a core of black currant, plum, and savory spice. The firm, structured tannins provide balance, while a touch of oak adds warmth and complexity to the long, layered finish.

Italian for "intent", our Intento red blend is crafted with the intention of creating the perfectly balanced blend of all six different Italian red grape varieties that we produce.  This blend culminates in a wine that is assertive, yet forgiving, versatile when paired with food and ageable when cellared.
