Composition: 61% Montfort Zinfandel, 39% Temecula Valley Malbec

Tasting Notes:

Refreshing watermelon, ripe strawberry and rose petal mingle to create a fun rose blend that is perfect for a warm, sunny day.  Pairs well with rich, cheesy dishes & white meats.

Winemaker’s Notes:

Our Pink Crowded tends to be less "Crowded" than the White Crowded and Red Crowded. This is because we simply do not produce as many rose lots.  The Zinfandel from our Monfort Vineyard and Malbec from our Waxman Vineyard were pressed separately and fermented separately so that we get as much from each varietal prior to blending. We allow for very minimal skin contact, giving the finished wine more floral, citrus and light watermelon notes in lieu of ripe red fruit notes extracted from longer skin contact.
