Tasting Notes:

Opening with a full spectrum of aromas reminiscent of rosemary, black plum and lilac, our Reserve Syrah unwinds further, showing notes of blueberry pie and vanilla bean on the palate with supple tannins on the finish.

Winemaker’s Notes:

Our 2021 Reserve Syrah showcases a small amount of Viognier. The practice of adding Viognier to Syrah was made famous in Côte-Rôtie, in the Rhône Valley of France. The Viognier balances the earthiness of Syrah with light, airy top notes. Finally, we finished the blend with a little Petite Sirah to further elevate the body and ageability.
