Tasting Notes:

Rich aromas of green apple, tropical fruit and melon blend nicely in this moderately sweet wine. Our Dulce Maria is named to honor our mother, Mary Wiens, who insisted years ago that we begin making a few sweet wines to suit her tastes.

Winemaker’s Notes:

Aged only in stainless steel tanks to retain natural fruit flavors, our Dulce Maria is chilled to suppress malo-lactic fermentation, giving the wine balance with the sweetness, while adding complexity, and elegance.
