Tasting Notes:

Our 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon has a medium ruby color. On the nose it leads with aromas red fruits, fresh herbs and cracked white pepper. Well balanced and youthful tannins build the palate of this approachable Cabernet Sauvignon.  

Winemaker’s Notes:

Our 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon is a blend of small "Valley Floor" vineyards with the intention of producing a very approachable Cabernet, with a fruit forward pallete and approachable tannin structure on the finish.
