Tasting Notes:
Showcasing a refined balance of blackberry preserves & juniper, this wine cruises into smooth, polished tannins on the finish. With only a small amount of Petit Verdot planted, this blend is not possible every year.
Winemaker’s Notes:
Perspective is about vision, relationships, and relevance… An artistic or intellectual depiction of volume, space, or thoughts from a particular point of view. In our Perspective blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Petit Verdot, each variety performs as one in relevant fashion… Relating, prevailing, reaching out in a harmonious complexity.
Food Pairing Ideas:
Hearty beef dishes such as Grilled New York or ribeye steak, and beef barbeque
