Invitations of warm cinnamon and roasted herbs greet your senses with our 2019 Refugio Cabernet Sauvignon, leading into a dark fruit core of black plum and ripe blackberries, deepened with notes of browned toast and French roast coffee. 

Winemaker’s Notes:

Our 2019 Refugio Cabernet Sauvignon is comprised mostly of La Cresta Cabernet Sauvignon, giving the wine lush complexity. 19 months in oak softened the wine, making for an elegantly layered, crowd pleasing Cabernet Sauvignon.
